Citrus County. 100 x 50 x 2.5cm
This was painted following an inspiring visit to Homosassa National Park in Florida in the winter of 2016.
I really love the landscape in Ireland, but with our beautiful soft and dreamy light, we rarely have colours as vibrant as these, and we certainly don't have birds as vibrant as these. This painting was composed from 3 separate photographs.
