Martha

I'd been wanting to paint this image for YEARS, got there eventually! The beautiful Martha @bobbillbug, originally photographed by @cianwilkins Was crazy about the original image as soon as I saw it, love the light and colour and of course Martha's dreamy expression. I've been using the grid since Anngrove, I will definitely keep using it for portraits as it is so satisfying to capture the various shapes so accurately.

Oil on canvas. Sold.
